EasyShiksha B2B Partner Program: A New Revenue Channel for Educators

At EdSpectra, we’ve spent years building the technology behind EasyShiksha’s learning platform — the courses, the certification systems, the infrastructure that lets over 500,000 learners study at their own pace. What we haven’t always had is a good answer for a question we hear constantly, from educators, counsellors, and institutions alike: “I already recommend EasyShiksha to people — is there a way that actually benefits me, not just them?”

The EasyShiksha B2B Partner Program is our answer to that question, and it’s now open for applications.

What the Program Actually Does

The mechanics are straightforward. Anyone — an individual educator, a career counsellor, an alumni network, or an institution such as a coaching centre, college, or placement office — can apply to become a referral partner. Once approved, they receive a unique referral code and link. Any student who signs up through that link is tracked to the partner’s account, and the partner earns a commission on what that student spends with EasyShiksha.

Commission scales with volume, from 15% for partners referring up to 100 paid students a month, up to 30% for partners above 1,000. Full detail on the calculation — including how GST and payment processing fees factor in — is covered in our companion piece on how referral commission and payouts actually work.

How This Differs From Our Educational Alliances Work

Long-time readers of this blog will know EdSpectra already works closely with schools, universities, and NGOs through our Educational Alliances program — deeper institutional collaborations involving platform access, custom program design, and analytics integration.

The B2B Partner Program is a different, lighter-weight offering. It doesn’t require an institutional technology commitment or a formal alliance agreement. It’s built for anyone with a network and no interest in taking on delivery, support, or curriculum work — they refer, EasyShiksha handles everything else, and commission is paid monthly. The two programs are complementary: an institution already in an Educational Alliance can still have individual staff members separately sign up as referral partners for their own personal networks.

The Part We’re Most Proud Of

Most referral or affiliate arrangements pay once — a referral converts, a commission is paid, and that’s the end of the financial relationship with that student. We built the partner program differently on purpose: once a student is attributed to a partner’s account, that attribution doesn’t expire. Every future purchase that student makes on EasyShiksha — a second certification, an internship, a subscription — pays the original partner commission again, automatically.

For an educator or counsellor who naturally stays in touch with the same students over months or years, this changes the shape of the opportunity considerably. It’s not a one-time referral bonus; it’s a small, compounding revenue stream tied to relationships that were often going to exist anyway.

Who Should Apply

If you’re already the person people ask “what should I learn next?” — whether that’s because you teach, counsel, run a coaching institute, or just have an engaged professional network — the application takes about ten minutes and doesn’t require any marketing background. We’ve published a full walkthrough of what the application involves and who typically applies if you’d like the details before starting.
