EdSpectra offers digital services (courses, internships, subscriptions). Due to the nature of digital goods or services, refunds are limited.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be provided in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical issues preventing access
• Incorrect service purchase (communicated within 24 hours)

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not provide refunds for:

• Completed courses
• Completed internships
• Downloaded certificates
• Kids Learning activity access
• Subscription renewals
• Change of mind

4. Internship Refund Conditions

Refund only if:

• Students cannot access internship content due to technical failures
• Requested within 24 hours of purchase

5. Course Refund Conditions

Refund only if:

• Course videos or tools remain inaccessible
• Refund request made within 24 hours
